kp999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kp999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kp999 website or services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use kp999.

These Terms apply to all users of the kp999 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform from Bangladesh or any other location. kp999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use kp999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kp999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on kp999 or have previously had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering and must keep that information up to date.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you.

kp999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kp999 account. kp999 uses a phone-number-based registration system. You will provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your account identifier. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name in Bangladesh.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. kp999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify kp999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kp999 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to report a compromised account.
• Not create additional accounts if your original account is suspended, blocked, or under review. Attempting to circumvent a suspension by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

kp999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained. Any balance held in a fraudulently registered or duplicate account may be forfeited.

kp999 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals through leading Bangladesh mobile financial services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on kp999:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by kp999 support. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.
• kp999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are outside kp999's control and are not reimbursed.
• kp999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or review of unusual account activity. Players will be notified of any hold and the expected resolution timeline.

Funds deposited to kp999 may only be used for gaming purposes on the kp999 platform. Deposited funds do not earn interest. kp999 is not a bank and does not provide financial services beyond the scope of the gaming platform described in these Terms.

kp999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may not claim the same welcome bonus more than once across multiple accounts or devices.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its individual promotion terms.
• kp999 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or manipulation of wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated withdrawal process after wagering requirements are met.

kp999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion and are mid-rollover will be allowed to complete the stated rollover requirements under the original promotion terms.

All game outcomes on kp999 — including slot games, RNG table games, crash games, and card games — are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG). kp999 does not interfere with game outcomes. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and others) are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and their game rules and fairness certifications apply in addition to these Terms.

Each game has its own rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and RTP (return to player) percentage. These are displayed within each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. kp999 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand or apply game rules correctly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kp999. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account, sharing accounts with other individuals, or using another person's identity to register.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage on kp999.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any deposit transaction through your mobile financial service provider after funds have been credited to your kp999 account.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform or harm other players.

kp999 actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kp999 reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all pending withdrawals, and permanently close the account. kp999 may report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their kp999 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming funds due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond kp999's reasonable control.

kp999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kp999 will use reasonable efforts to restore service following any disruption but does not guarantee a specific response or resolution time. Players should ensure their device and internet connection are secure before accessing kp999.

kp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested by kp999.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.

kp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the kp999 website. Where changes are material, kp999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the kp999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using kp999 and may request withdrawal of any remaining account balance.
